"As a teenage girl, I realised that in my society women are not given the due appreciation yet they play a pivotal role in society and are the backbone of society. I grew up seeing many single mothers being the bread winners of their family. Many mothers also face difficulty in accessing maternal health care. THANK YOU MAMA celebrates womanhood and mothers, advocates for right to health for women and strongly advocates for gender equality, and equal opportunities for women. We do this through seminars. Our vision is to see empowered women socially and economically in society."
